It's all still ongoing but much slower due to work and domestic commitments.
I'm trying to solve some vehicle specific issues before I do any more work on my BMS Software.
It's all up and running anyway even in present form.
The master and slave arrangement worked fine for me on bench and in car except when the Insight was creating huge amounts of noise. I'm working on that but it's vehicle specific, and I probably could have avoided it with a more careful inter cell wiring (twisted pair etc) and by locating my master board in a more sensible screened location.
Unfortunately Greg a big contributor to the project suffered a disaster of unknown origin and his car was destroyed in a fire

I really appreciate everyones support and interest and it's still developing, but now more slowly as it basically works, and I need to do work on my own car to remove my noise problem.
I'll be adding data logging (possibly wireless to a remote unit) etc and many more things later on. Just need another 24hours each day

I'm active on a lot of forums but a key one at present is the Insight forum where i'm trying to decode the inter module serial comms of the Oem Insight computer modules, as a prelude to faking them later and removing the BCM Battery Control module which is now redundant.
If anyone wants to chip in on the below at the Insight forum that would be good.
