Hi all I had that tell tail rattle you get when cornering that can only be a bottom ball joint failure, got mi crow bar out (So to speak) and found it was the drivers side O/S.
I thought this was strange as it is often the N/S that fails due to mounting curbs and pot holes, but then It dawned on me that the charge port is on the O/S so it's likely to have been parked on that side. so I went to my local motor factors and used there books to find a part that would fit the Berlingo Electrique and discovered it was the 20l HDI part the same as the Picasso, so I asked them to order one in for me and went back to collect it I discovered it was £90
So to save others the same fate I have made this post, so you can just get one from t'internet
It's even cheaper if you factor in the charge for the STP (Stuff Transfer Protocol) AKA Postage

Yup - Replaced my offside one on my first "W" reg blingo and the coil spring. I just went to Citroen and they ordered it up as a Blingo part £85 then, about 2yrs ago.
Was a little tricky to fit as you have to be able to push , lever and line up all at the same time !!.
Why dont they make it so you can press out the old B/J - Money grabbers !!

Tell me about it i have already changed mine and those dam rubber bushings fight you all the way, if it were the standard Berlingo part you can just change the joint. I had a Volvo S40 years ago and that used Laguna wish bones, with that i was able to press out the old part and replace it, it was £20 instead of £120 from Volvo for the whole arm
so can we make the leap that the charge point on the O/S is responsible for suspension problems, who da thunk it

I was implying the van would be driven up curbs on its O/S to get near charging points, i imagine people wouldn't want to run the cable on the road for example.
As the N/S often suffers with people mounting curbs ect
Although better driving habits would eliminate this, it was driven by council workers in my case who may not have cared for that dam electric van
