Ardingly Historics Vehicle Rally - 11/12 July 2009

I was invited back to Ardingly this year to exhibit my mini-el and Sinclair C5's.
We took part in the display in the main arena on both days. It was a very wet day Saturday and I must admit to being at a low ebb Saturday afternoon.
We stayed overnight, where things improved 'coz we all retreated to the beer tent and enjoyed the live band and various CAMRA beers
After a few beers no-one seemed to care about the monsoon outside.
Sunday was much better weather wise, the crowds were bigger and our display attracted a lot of attention. The mini-el had centre stage and was photographed like a movie star at a film premiere

Next stop is the Amberley microcar rally, 2nd August .
