how many kw for full charge

Can anyone give a rough estimate of how many kw of electricity would a full charge from empty be?
Most Ive seen has been about 18kwh.
Mine uses between .3 and .4 KWh per mile. so generally a 40mile use takes about 12 +kwh.
Thats used on a hilly route and doing 45+ on A roads and up to 50 on the A14.
Ive just started using another Blingo as well, it will be interesting to see how different this one is.
