I don't recognise it. Last couple of photos say 'Kinver community partnerships'. Here is a news story from 2011

My aunt lives in Kinver but I never heard of this van while it was in use. Sounds from the newspaper as though it was the only one in the 'fleet'.

There is a white one in Blackburn too, which I noticed while looking for your yellow one.

The customer service department at the yard leave something to be desired. Anyway, it was sold to a "bloke who just turned up", rather than one who required a bit more detail...
