Clear fault (B1).
12V battery charged
Gear stick fine. each gear shows up appropriately on the EVlite
Accelerator pedal fine
When I try to start, I get a clunk clunk of the main contactor in the inverter box in quick succession. Stop light briefly goes out then back on. If I'm quick enough either the green forward indicator comes on briefly or the yellow one. The diode/spark light comes on after trying to start.
I did have a fault code of A6, but that cleared. No ideal what that was.
Is there a flow switch in the cooling system? When I topped up the radiator, my antifreeze was orange, the original green (I thought it would do to get me going and change later), so the stuff in the radiator looks a strange mucky colour. To the right of the battery box is a sort of expansion camber bottle and the antifreeze in there is a crisp green, so if its all the same cooling circuit (or could it be solely for the heater? Probably is thinking about it), there may be an issue with a blockage.
When I took the front battery box out, I unbolted the inverter/controller, and the heater and pulled them all forward to give space to lift the battery box up to get at the clips on the lid. I propped it up on blocks of wood whilst working on it, so did not leave the vehicle. Is there something I could have dislodged doing it this way?
I have tried disconnecting all the batteries to do a reset, but no real change.
Any advice on what to do next please?

Bottle is for the heater, no connection, muddy colour shows its proabaly got *please do not swear* in the coolant but flowing . Thats not the problem.
No flow sensor, just temp sensor.
Did you take out the cooling fan to the motor? did you re connect it?

Motor was fine before I foolishly took it to bits, certainly no burnt smells (have experienced plenty of burnt out electrical equipment over the years to know what they smell like)

I'm now wondering if I should pull the top off the controller/inverter as I had the terminal box lid off when the battery pack was being lifted and a hose came off spilling antifreeze. I didn't think any got in there, but I'm now wondering if it did or not. Only way to find out is to lift the lid. I've had a good sniff with the terminal box lid off, but nothing to raise concerns.

Nothing under the packs.
You could have spilt coolant in the controller. Thats not good, have seen some leaking controllers with coolant in the base and flashover on circuit boards.
Temperature is the pack temp and will go up both during charge and during use . But 10c wont give any poblems.
The pack voltage at 170 is high. So no issues there. Check the tightness of the field cables on the controller.
You could have spilt coolant in the controller. Thats not good, have seen some leaking controllers with coolant in the base and flashover on circuit boards.

Well I've found the expensive (probably) problem. Looks like more water go in than I thought, Doh...

I have a few units I use for spares. But likely repair cost is £200+ Carriage isnt cheap owing to weight. But can be reasonable through Parcel2go.
If you can wait for a couple of weeks, then Im sure I can repair it , with a swapped board.
